WAIRARAPA NEWS.
[by telegraph.— own correspondent.] Mastebton, This Day. Surprise is expressed here that the local results of the Trinity College music examinations have not yet arrived, although the Wellington results were published nearly a . week ago. A man named Phillips was fined £1 this morning for stealing sacks. Important additions to Masterton Courthouse are to be recommended. The building is considered quite inadequate for the increasing business. Very fine weather has been experienced here during the past few weeks, and the country and stock are looking well.
