THE GERMAN TORPEDO BOAT DISASTER.
+ [PBESS ASSOCIATION.] ' Berlin, 23rd September. Particulars of the capsize of a German torpedo boat at Cuxhaven, at the mouth of the Elbe, show that Duke Frederic of Mecklinburg - Schwerin, who was in command, was thrown into the 'tween decks by a wave, and, being impeded by oilskins and sea boots, and the vessel turning over at'a critical moment, he was unable to escape. He cried to the crew, " Savo yourselves ; I die content." The Emperor is greatly shocked at the occurrence.
