SEATOUN ROAD BOARD. ¦"VTOTICE is hereby given that at the _Lll meeting of the Seatoun Road Board to be held on the 13th day of August, 1597, at 3 p.m., the following resolution by way of special order will be proposed, viz. : — " That a special rate of One Penny Halfpenny in the £ upon the ratable valuo of the ratable property in the Seatoun Road District be made as security for the payment of the annual charges upon the loan of .£3OOO which the Board has been authorised to raise. That such rate be a continuing one for the period of 26 years. And that such rate be made payable in eaoh year in one sum on the Ist day of October." Dated this 13th day of July, 1897. W. J.
