The Ambassadors are awaiting further instructions. \ St. Petersburg, 20th July. M. Nelidoff, the Russian Ambassador at Constantinople, ' has' been transferred to Rome as Ambassador. M. Zinovieff, Envoy Extraordinary and ; Minister Plenipotentiary at Stockholm, succeeds M. Nelidoff at Constantinople.
