Mr. Hugh Watt, ex-M.P., who has been jlrominent for the last twelve months in connection with the affairs of the Northern Territory of Australia — having been one of the promoters of a company to -take up land there— writes to the Morning Post suggesting the formation of the territory into a separate colosy.
