RESIGNATION OF AN ENGLISH JUDGE.
[press association.] London, 4th January. Tho Right Hon. Sir Edward Kay, one of the Lords Justices of the" High Court of Appeal (the Supreme Court of Judicature), has resigned. He will be succeeded by Sir J. W. Chitty, one of the Judges of the Chancery Division.
