There is a strong popular movement throughout France in favour of compelling the Sultan to cease the Armenian atrocities. Constantinople, 21st November. The Rev. Mr. M'Callum, the English clergyman who was distributing relief to the Armenians in Marash, and was arrested and sent to Constantinople, was released on his way to that city, by order of the Porte.
