EXHIBITION NOTES.
Applications for space in the Exhibition closed last night. No fewer than 20,000 feet have been applied for, and the Executive and Space Committees will meet next week to make the allotment. Messrs. Arthur Briscoe & Co., manufacturers, Dunedin, are anxious to make a very effective display, and have applied for as much as 1000 feet. The material for the Exhibition Building ia now on the ground, and the work cf erection will be proceeded with at an early date.
