Taim asd Co. report on their weekly horse sale on Saturday : — The entry was a small one, and nothing of any class came forward, being composed mostly of weedy sorts snd a small consignment of unbroken light hones from Wairarapa. Unbroken horsei never fell i ell here, and these proved no exception. We sold the most of our •ntry, and a few good ringing torts would hare sold, both harness and draughts. Very few of the latter come forward now. and a Kood demand and a sharp rise hss taken plac* in draughts, both in the North and South. Bnyen will require to increase their limits very considerably beroie their wants can be supplied. A large draft of heavy horses left the Wairerapa lawly for Anokland, where there is a good demind for that class, and the large tale of draught* at Asbburton on Thursday attracted a large number of bnyew, and great prices were realised. Onr tales on Saturday were— Light harnest sort», £5 to £7 6sj weedy sorts, about is usual j medium draught m»re, £18; unbroken light colts, £t.
