♦ A SPLENDID COLLECTION. Lfbsbs association.] Sydney, 3rd May. Hospital Snnday was observed in tbe oity and Buburbß to-day, and was marked by the suooess of the collections. The returns are not yet oomplete, but the amount exceeds that of last year by several hundred pounds. (Reoeived May 4, 11 a m.) Sydney, This Day. The collections yesterday in aid of the Hospitals' Fund amonnted to .£3377. Contributions from outside oentres are expeoted to swell the total to close on Last year the total amount collected was £3544.
