THE ARMENIAN QUESTION. [PRESS ASSOCIATION.] London, 30th August.
The Marquis of Salisbury states that both France and Buasia conour in insisting that the Committee for control of Armenia shall consist of four Turkish representatives and three representing the Great Powers. The Sultan vainly continues to urge that the proposals be abandoned, and promises to make full enqniry.
