[BY TBLIQBAPH. — PftEßa ASSOCIATION.] Wanoanui, This Dat. Mr. James Anderson, formerly SergeantMajor of Police, died last evening, aged 63. He earned note by carrying out the "one policeman polioy " of the late Hon. J. B«llance in the native difficulty. It was he who arrested Titokoiraru at Taranaki in 1886. _______«____
