That above-named defendant William Hayea is the registered owner of Water Bace License No. 2982, oommenoing at a point in Dead Horse Creek immediately below the Golden Bar Mine, being an extension of Doom Creek, and terminating at " Stranger's Flat. 3. That the aaid William Hayea hag not renewed the said lioense as required . by Bubseotipn 11 of Sootion 105 of "The Mining Aot, 1891," nor hajj the aame been renewed Binoe the 25th June, 1892. 4. That the said William Hayes ia not the holder of a Miner's Bight, not haa he held one Binoe the 28th September, 1892.
