Mr. A. T. Bate, shareb'roker, of Lambton j Quay, advertises in oar oolumnsto-night the - prospeotus of the Karangahake Gold Mining ; Company, in tho Upper Thames district. . The Karangahaz3 was floated in Auokland in the earlier part of the present 'boom, . bnt ft dispute having arisen about - the ground, which, is in a valuable position, the syndicate was dissolved. Now, < however, tbe Warden's Conrt has granted , the property to the present promoters. The Karangahake is bounded by the United, Mariner, and South British claims, the ' sbareß in all of whioh are at s> considerable ; premium, and it iB also alongside the Earl of Glasgow Olsim, bought for £25,000 by a Homesyndunte. Twenty promoter*' shares - have been reserved for sale in Wellington. Ten shares allotted to Anokland were taken , np last within an hour of tbe list , being opened. Mr..
