• ETiitma Post Offiae, Monday Afternoon A. Q. T.UHX akd Co. report on their weekly hone Bale on Saturday : — We had only a small entry in the yards, and nothing calling for special mention. The entry consisted mostly of hones of a rery ordinary description, chiefly aged harness horses and backs, with a few draughts. We offered a good draught gelding-, with lorry and harness, which we passed in at £39, the season being too early for lorries. The soles were unimportant, except the steeplechase geldina; liangor, which brought £12— a rery poor price for a horse of his class. Next Saturday we will offer 12 good drauehts from the Wfiirarapa, and some useful harness hoora, to suit the requirements of the market.
