♦ TO THB XSITOB. Sib— lt is deplorable that a number of compositors are walking about our streets when work can be found for them at the Ooyeniment Printing Offioe. For some weeks there have been sereral vacant frames in the piece room of the above printing offioe. Hansard is a long way behind (this fact wasreferredtoby Mr.W. Hutohison,M.H.E., in the House on Thursday last), and this fact alone warrants the employment of the unemployed oompositors that are in onr midst. It is the rule in well-conducted printing offices to fill all the frames when work is plentiful, therefore the frames I have alluded to should be filled forthwith, and so bring Hansard np to date, lam, Ao., Dnikplotid Compositor.
