Ringarooma in Sydney some time ago, said the aotion of Surgeon Lea was regarded as a gross aot of insubordination and contempt. Tho Admiralty, he announced, had confirmed the sentence passed by the Court. Mr. Gosohen added that the Judge-Advocate of the Fleet had justified the rejection by tbe courtmartial of the evidence as to Captain Johnston's health.
