* THE ADMIRALTY SUPPORTS CAPI. JOHiSSTuN. [>BBSS ASSOCIATION.) London, 24th August. Mr. Gosohen, First Lord of the Admiralty, in referring in the House of Commons to the oourt-martial on board H.M.S. Ringarooma in Sydney some time ago, said the aotion of Surgeon Lea was regarded as a gross aot of insubordination and contempt. Tho Admiralty, he announced, had confirmed the sentence passed by the Court. Mr. Gosohen added that the Judge-Advocate of the Fleet had justified the rejection by tbe courtmartial of the evidence as to Captain Johnston's health.
