The Roumanian 'Government has digoovercd a conspiracy aiming at the re-incor-poration of the Dobrudsoha (tbe extremo eastern portion of Roumanian territory, forming the Blaolc Sea border immediately to the north of the Danube) with Bulgaria. (Received Angust 2 1, 10 30 a.m.) Buchabist, 22nd Angust. A conspiracy has been discovered aiming at the re-incorporation of the Dobrndscha wilh Bulgaria.
