Wooler and another, 2nd Septem- f ber; Taylor v. Heard, before a speoial jury of four, on the 4th September. The case of Morrison and another v. M'Laren was removed into Chambers. We learn from the Hospital that there ia no improvement in the condition of William Stephens, who was seriously injured in a vehiole aooident on the Poriiut-road last Friday. Constable Nestor, lata of Eketihuna, has retired from the Police Force.
