The Anti-Toxin Diphtheria Cure.
[PBSSB ASSOCIATION. J Stdnbt, 21st August. Professor Anderson Stuart reports that the rosnlt of experiments with anti-toxin as a cure for diphtheria shows that the mortality ia muoh reduced, and the disease ren. dered milder, and no evil developments followed the uso of the remedy. He estimates on the basis of the proaent data tbat the employment of anti-toxin will save 200 lives in the oolony overy year. Dr. Tidswell, who conduoted experiments, is equally favourable in his report.
