The Marquis of Lansdowne, Seoretary oj State for War, has confirmed tbo statement as to Field-Marshal Lord Wolseley snooeeding the Duke of Cambridge aa Commander' in-Chief. He said v the terms of Lord Wolseley 'a acceptance bad not yet beet settled. The Government would, however, retain obiolute freedom to adopt or reject military reforms. BA.DICAL-IRISH DISAPPROVAL.
