At the inquest on the bodies of the victims of tbe Eldorado aooident, the jury returned a verdiot that.there was no evidence to Bhow that the deaths of the entombed men were caused by neglect or incompetence on the part of the manager or owners of the zninA, but agreed that there was want of proper judgment in the management, and that timbers of additional strength should have been used in scouring the point where the breakage ocoarred.
