[PBISS ASSOCIATION.] London, 19th Augnst. Other papers confirm the Daily Telegraph's Remi-official statement respecting Lord Wolseley 'a appointment as Commander. in-Chief. The Times says the Bake of Cambridge retires in November, when Lord Wolseley will be appointed Commander-in-chief for five years.
