They were mostly heavy upstanding Clydesdales, and ought to hnre sold freely, hut Irayers were not disposed to give the money wanted for them, and the result was only four told at £25, £19, £15. 105, and a low-set ally, fit for spring dray work, £11. We hare fonfld considerable difficulty in getting Southern men to ship to this nuuket owing to buyers at this end not being disposed to pay tbe price wanted for a really good horse. Buyers will require to increase their limits. We had a huge number of other entries of all classes, and told Bt-ht draught hones to £12 ; harness horses about the same : aged Borts up to £8, and inferior £1 to £5 10s : and Che sale of a large collection of harness, saddles, and hone covers, coucluded a dull sale.
