[PBIS9 ASSOCIATION.] ( deceived August 17, 11.20 a.m.) London, 16th August. The Uganda Railway Committee estimates that a line 657 miloa in length wonld cost .£1,750,000. It advises that the officers of tho Government Bhould construct and work the line for the shareholders.
