AN ALLEGED GUY FA WKES SCHEME.
[■'RKR3 ASSOCIATION. | (Received August 17, 11 a.m.) London, 16th August. Some foreigners have been employed by the Fiction Prcsß Printing Company of London to lithograph a weekly paper in the Turkish language, the contonts of which, the polios discoversd, were an incitement to the Socialists abroad to blow up the British Parliament. It is stated that 16 men wero coming to London for the purpose. The authorities of tho company wore ignorant of the uatuto of tho contents of the piper.
