CRIMINAL SITTINGS. Yesterday. (Before His Honour the Chief Justice ) TBU( ORBITOWN BAILWAT STATION BOBBERY. Peroy Plant, previously found Guilty of receiving stolen property, and Thomae Sohofield, his mate, pleaded Not Guilty tc a charge of robbery from the Greytown North Railway Station, and were defended by Mr. Wilford. Mr. O. Sohwartz was foreman of the jury The railway station was broken into 01 the night of the 7th June last, and a quantity of goods which were lying at the statioi consigned to variom tradespeople wai stolen. The police subsequently found i lot of the stolen property at a camp when the' aooused and another man were living while other articles were discovered ii Sohofield's houeo.
