Biddinr was brisk, and bent maintained its Value. Sheep improved somewhat on last sale rates. Pit's were well competed for, and sold at better Tnloe. Caltle— Best bullocks, £7 17s 6d to £8 17s (hi; others, £6 17a 6d to £7 7s Cd; cows, £( 7s6dto £5 7sSd; ox beef made 19s. cow do, . 16s per 1001b. Sheep— Wethers, 10a Id to 12i 3d ; ewes. 8s to 10s 2d. Pifts— Porkers, 15a to 27a 6d j light sorts, 111 to 13s ; small pigs, 5s to 8s 6d.
