Then he set to work and smoked them, and having consumed the last, olaimed on the Insurance Cpmpany on the ground that th» whole of the insured stooK had been d** stroyed by fire. The Court deoided in U» favour,' whereupon the Company brought- »n aotion for oonspiraoy and arson. The story may be true, or it may not.
