At the meeting of the Masterton Trust Lands Trustees last night, a report w»a pro. sentod from the committee recommending that six classes in teohnical ednoation be institated, that the Drill-hall be converted into a teohnical sohool, that olasses bo started only on the application of tan pnpi's, and that the Trustees refund half the fees to pupils making 75 per oent. of attendance. Consideration of the report 'was deferred till next meeting. This Day. An untenanted four-roomed house, belonging to Mrs. S.
