MR. SEDDON'S BIRTH DAY CAKE.
TO THB EDITOR. Sir -I understand it is not contemplated to give Mr. Seddon a birthday cake, whioh I believe ia a great disappointment to all Liberal bakera. It is atated that the reason is that the hon. gentleman having given all the plums of tho Publio Service to his relations and friands, there are none left for the cake. Can it be true? Would the great and good man, who bo loves the people, do such a thing ? I am, &c., One who would Like to Know, tou Know.
