* [PRESS ASSOCIATION.! (Received June 8, 10.35 a.m.) Pabis, 7th June. The International Conference of Miners passed a resolution, by the representatives of 872,000 to 96,000, in favour of a legal eight hours day applying to surface workers as well as pitmen.
