HAWAIIAN PRISONERS.
MOVEMENT FOR THB RELEASE OF ENGLISHMEN. [press association.] (Beceived May 17, 10.30 a.m.) Washington, 16th May. It is reported in Honolulu that Earl Kimberley, Seoretary of State for the Foreign Office, protests against the sentences passed on Biokards and Walker, two Englishmen oharged with complicity in the Hawaiian revolt of some months ago, on the grounds that they are British subjects. The Hawaiian Government claims that both aro naturalised. It offers to submit the dispute to arbitration.
