By -Elections in England. CONSERVATIVE VICTORY AT WALWORTH.

' PBESS ASSOCIATION. I London, 14th May. Mr. Bailey, Conservative, has been elected for Walworth, to suooeed the late Mr W. Saunders, defeating Mr. Rice, the Radical candidate, by a majority of 571 votes. The Socialist oaudidate obtained only 317 votes. [At the general eleotion Mr. Sannders (Liberal) defeated M»jor Isaacs (Conservative) by a majority of 296.] (Reoeived May 16, 10.30 a.m.) London, 15th May. The eleotion for the vaoant West Dorset seat caused by the death of Mr. H. R. Farquharson (Conservative) took plaoe to-day, and resulted in the return of Mr. Williams (Conservative), who defeated Mr. Homer (Liberal) by 1200 votes. [The Conservative majority at the general election was 878.]
