CANADA AND CAPE COLONY.
* I PBESS ASSOCIATION.! Capetown, 15th May. Complaints have been raised in the Cape Parliament that negotiations are being opened with Canada for a reciprocal treaty, while the importation of Australian meat is prohibited and their neighbours in the Transvaal were neglected. Mr. Rhodes, the Premier, said that Canada only proposed to send delegates to the Cape, and that nothing had yet been deoided about reciprocity.
