The American visible wheat ■ supply is estimated at 76,360,000 bushels. i The wheat market is weaker, and prioes ' have doolined 3d to 6d. r At the wool sales yesterday, German and r American representatives were operating largely in good combings. Silver is quoted at 2s 6|d.
| The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile \ Agency Company reoeived the following ' oablegram yesterday from its London ' ofijoe: — Wool— Since close of last sales, 1 Bcoured merino apperfine, greasy merino ■ medium and inferior, and fine and medium . greasy orosabreds, are par to id per lb lower. ' Medium and inferior scoured wools have deolined id to Id per lb. Other descriptions ' unchanged. Competition on German aooount is aotive, but the French demand is ' dull. The total quantity catalogued to date is 78,000 bales, 12,000 bales of wbioh have been withdrawn. Advices have been received that the s.a. Pakeha arrived in London on the afternoon of the Bth inst., her meat in good condition.
