The insurance was effected in January last for the benefit of my w,orknien, oovering them against accidents happening both within the meaniug of the Employers' Liability Acts and outside same. This form of assurance is of vast bunefit to the labouring classes, as tho premiums are only a small charge on the wnges earned, and tho benefits they derive aro of a very liberal character. THIS is to notify that at a Special Meeting of the Wellington Harbour Board, held on the 25th day of April, 1895, at a quarter past two o'clock in the afternoon, certain additional By-laws were submitted to, adopted, and passed by tho said Board, and that finch By-laws will come into force on tho 18th Day of MAY, 1895.
