The question of dealing with defaulters was considered last evening at tho conference of delegates from the Wellington Rugby Union, Wellington Football Association, jand Wellington Cricketers' Association, and on tho motion of Mr. C. Taylor, seconded by Mr. J Grant, it was resolved to recommend na follows to those bodies: " That at the end of the cricket and football seasons the Seoretjries of tho Rugby Union, Cricketers' Association, and Football Association exchange lists of dofaulting members ; that tho thres bodies plcdgo themselves to protect one another's interests by refusing to allow any defaulting membor so posted to play under their jurisdiction until the amount owing, and for which ho has been posted, has boon paid to the Treasurer of the body to which he has been posted as a defaulter."
