FRANCE AND NEWFOUNDLAND.
I SPECIAL. I (Received April 24, 8 a.m.) London, 23rd April. The settlement of the disputed claims of France on the Newfoundland shore assigns to that country tho right of fishing along 50 miles of coast, on condition that other claims aro abandoned.
