It is intended to erect immediately, at Westminster, in commemoration of Cardinals Wiseman and Manning, a Roman Catholio Cathedral capable of Beating 10,000 people. The Basilica stylo has been adopted, and it is estimated that the cost of the structure will be £250,000.
