Mr. Allen entored a strong protest against the measure, and moved that it be read a third time that day six months. For, 15.— Allen, Bell, Collins, Crowther, Puthie, Karnshaw, Fraser, Lang, M'Nab, fllitchelaon, Newman, Saunders, G. J. Smith, Tanner, Te Ao. Tho Bill was then read a third time and passed. Mr. Carroll); Kaitangata Rolief Fund Transfer Act Amondinont (Hon. Mr. Seddon) j Hamilton Domain Empowering (Hon. Mr. Cadman) ; Borough of Uaraara Leasing (Mr. Duncan) ; Anoklund Harbour Board Empowering (Mr. Lawry) ; Mount St. John Reserve (Mr. Lawry); Eketabuna Cemetery Reserve (Mr. Hogg) ; Wellington Reclaimed Land Act Amendment (Hr R. Stout) ; Dunedin Loan Conversion (Mr. Pinkerton). ONBHUNOA CEMETEBT BILL. Tho Onebunca Cemetery Bill was further considered in Committee. Mr. Tannor moved that tho Chairman loave tho chair. After some disonssion the amendment was carried by 22 toll, and the Bill killed. Tho Honao rose at 11 20 p.m.
