(Our Own Correspondent.) Palmerston North, This Day.
At the Police Court yesterday afternoon, two young women were committed for trial at the next sittings of the District Court, Wanganui, on a charge of keeping a disorderly house. The police are malting 1 strenuous efforts to close the houses of ill. fame in the town, the evil having increased considerably within the past year.
