SEALED TENDERS will be reoeived by the undersigned at the office of the Company in Featherston-street, Wellington, New Zealand, up to Noon of 30th August, 1894, for the purchase of the properties of the Company. , The properties consist of : — RAILWAY DIVISION consisting of :— Lease of Section V., Block XV., Mokihinui District, comprising 160 acres, for a period of 42 years, oomputed from Ist July, 1885, Bubject to payment of royalty; present annual rental £40 Also of A Railway, constructed under the Westland and Nelson Coalfields Administration -Act, 1877, and its amendments, 3} miles in length. The right to the Railway is vested in the Company for the same term as the lease of the said Section V., Blook XV. And of Wharf at Mokihinui MINE DIVISION, consisting of— Lease of Seotion 1., Block XVI., 640 acres, for 63 years, from Ist July, 1888, subject to payment of royalty ; present rental, £64. Lease of Section XVII., Blook XV.; Section VH., Blook HI. ; Seotion VII., Block 1V.— 957 acres, for 66 yearß, from Ist Jnly, 1892, subject to payment of royalty; present rental, £239 10s.
