!ByTh.kqbaph.i fIJNITBD PBKBB ASSOCIATION.] A.UCKLA.HD. THIB PAT. The directors of the New Zealand Accident Insurance Company hare declared an interim dividend of 6J- per cent, for the halfyear. At the half-yearly meeting of the Auckland Gas Company a dividend was declared for the half-year at the rate of 7a 6d per cent, on the old issue and 3s 9d on the new. At the half-yearly meeting of the Tanpiri Coal Company, a dividend was deolared of la per share, absorbing .£l2OO, and £752 was written off for depreciation. '
