LOAN AND MERCANTILE AGENCY COMPANY.
A QUESTION OF COSTS. f UNITKD PRESS ASSOCIATION. I (Received July 28, 10.30 a.m.) London, 27th July. The liquidator of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company has applied to the Court for an order compelling the new company to pay the costs involved in the proceedings against the members of the old Board to reoover the amount of the dividends paid out of capital. Mr. Justice Williams has adjonrned the application until Wednesday, in order to enable the new directors to reconsider their opposition.
