TO THIS BPITOR. Sib— The rents in Wellington are far too high, and tho majority of the population are not in a position to pay so large amounts oat of email ouruings. The Chairman o£ the Benevolent Inatitntion struck the right chord when ho stated he would like to see some rich oitizen induced to build buildings for the poor.
