Rifle Club Matches.
The Petono Rifle Club fired on Saturday for tho eleventh aggregate competition. Tho following wore the scores t —
W. A. Grace made the possible at 500 yards, but the southerly squall that sprang up before the firing was finished completely spoiled what promised to be an excellent score. Those members of the olnb eligible also fired for the President's special trophies, the actual results of which will, however, not V>o known until the next competition, as Mr. A. Moore, arriving late on tho range, did not fire at the 200 yards range, and it was deoided to allow him to fire that range next Saturday. The scores aro as under :—
