Connsol ropreaen4iug tho Creditors Committee informed the Court to-day that it was impossible to extort a further concession from Baron Schroeder. His Honour accepted the position with rogret, and admitted that thero was no powor to alter tho reconstruction scheme with repaid to tho security 'Ihe sanction of the Court, however, uo ild not affect the liability of iho directors nnd tho officers of the company in tho event of proceedings being-takon. His Honour ovontnally sanctioned tho soheme.
