I UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. | (Received April 14, 125 p.m.) ■ London, 13th April. The Registration Bill was rend the first time in the Honse of Commons to-day. It reduces the residence qualification to three months, abolishes plural voting and tho disqualification of persona who are not ratepayers, and provides that the general election shall take place throughout the country on the same day, vi?., a Saturday.
