Councillor Field gave notice to in'ove that tenders s be called to make the Connty road passable from the eastern end of Tainuiatreofc, Paraparaumu, to Otaihanga, subject to the question of dedication of r,oads. Councillor Bradey gave notice to move that from the Ist January, 1895, all owners of dogs within the Hntt County be required to register the same at the Hutt County Office, and pay all feos due thereon to the County Clerk.
